Hydroderm Serum

Well, I must be one of the few people that actually like using Hydroderm Serum. I'm almost 56 and have been using the serum for over a year, just about every day. To start with though, I did have pretty good skin ... probably genetic! The serum keeps my skin looking good, though it hasn't done anything to help the lines above my top lip. BUT .... can anyone out there answer why I can't get hold of them on the phone, or via email anymore??? What is going on with Hydroderm? My emails are returned and when I try phoning I'm usually caller # 25!!!!! I'd like to keep using the product but if I can't get hold of them without waiting on the phone for 1/2 hour +, I'll have to go elsewhere for my skin care. Let me know if anyone else has had difficulty getting hold of the genuine Hydroderm site. I am finding it absolutely impossible to connect with a real, live voice!
